PURPOSE: A mold integrally forming double midsole is provided to reduce a failure rate because a connection line of upper and lower midsole is smoothly formed and to reduce manufacturing costs by reducing a post-treatment process. CONSTITUTION: A mold integrally forming double midsole comprises a lower mold(10), an intermediate bottom mold(20), an intermediate cover mold(30), an upper bottom mold(40), and an upper cover mold(50). The intermediate cover mold covers the intermediate bottom mold to be closed after injecting a blistering liquid through an insertion hole and a protrusion unit being inserted into the insertion hole is formed so that a lower midsole is formed. The upper bottom mold is closely adhered and joined to the top of the lower mold after forming the lower midsole.
