PURPOSE: A hand-held glasses cleansing device, a hand-held glasses case including the same, and a method for cleaning glasses are provided to clean the glasses without the limit of place and time by forming the hand-held glasses cleansing device inside the hand-held glasses case. CONSTITUTION: A hand-held glasses cleansing device(210) comprises a vibration container(220), an ultrasonic wave generator(230), a driving circuit(240), a power supply device(250), a on and off switch(260), and a protective cover(270). The vibration container is mounted in a first internal space of a hand-held glasses case and accomodates rinse solution for cleaning glasses. The driving circuit is connected to the ultrasonic wave generator and controls oscillation of the ultrasonic wave generator. The power supply device is connected to the driving circuit and supplies electricity to the driving circuit. The on and off switch is provided between the driving circuit and the power supply device. The protective cover protects the driving circuit, the power supply device, and the on and off switch. [Reference numerals] (200) Glasses case
