FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of drinking water containing a herbal additive, particularly in production of packaged water. The stabilised water composition contains water which satisfies predetermined drinking water standards, one or more herbal ingredients selected from the following plants: vetiver, mint, basil, ajwan, geranium, palmarose, celeriac, sage, thyme, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, patchouli, fennel, lavender, lemon, lime, orange, jasmine, camomile, nutmeg and caraway, as well as essential oil of rosemary in a concentration range from 1ù10-4 ml/l to 1ù10-1 ml/l. Packaged drinking water composition with a herbal additive contains water which satisfies predetermined drinking water standards, one or more essential oils in a concentration range of up to 5ù10-1 ml/l, selected from a group of essential oils of vetiver, geranium, palmarose and patchouli, essential oil of rosemary in a concentration range from 1ù10-4 ml/l to 1ù10-1 ml/l, one or more sweeteners, salts, emulsifying agents, prebiotics and antioxidants. The method of producing a synergetically stabilised packaged composition of drinking water with a herbal additive involves mixing said ingredients with drinking water and packaging the water in an aseptic container. ^ EFFECT: invention increases stability and shelf life of the water composition with a herbal additive, improves organoleptic properties of the obtained drinking water with useful human health properties. ^ 17 cl, 6 dwg, 2 tbl, 6 ex |
