A method for trans papillary modeling of acute suppurative cholangitis and biliary sepsis, which provides the choledochal bile infection using microbial suspensions of E. coli, followed by ligation ligature choledochal. The isolated section of the small intestine containing papillomas, which injected 0.2-0.3 ml of microbial suspension E. coli at a concentration of 1 × 108 COE in 1 ml of saline. After the pressure in this region with the emergence digestive-biliar reflux and visual expansion choledochitis, it is ligated in the distal part and ligatures small intestine are removed. |
