<p>The device has a spindle (3) for moving a left core clamping segment (5) and a right core clamping segment (6) to two positions in a radial direction (29). Another spindle (7) moves the segments in an axial direction (4) when a tire body is bent. A drum shaft (2) and the spindles are driven by motors (9, 12, 12b). Differential speed gears (10, 11) synchronize movements of the shaft and the spindles with each other such that the rotational movement of a drum (1) and the movements of the segments in the radial and axial directions are controlled and independently carried out. The differential speed gears are planetary gears.</p> |
