PURPOSE: A turn device of a sleeve for a rolling roll is provided to improve stability and convenience in turning a sleeve by simply and safely laying the sleeve thereon. CONSTITUTION: A turn device of a sleeve for a rolling roll comprises a base body(10) and a support trolley. The base body has an inclined part(11), and a sleeve(1) in an upright position is placed at the top of the inclined part. The support trolley is moved from one side to the other side of the base body. The lower side of the inclined part is located on the upper side of the support trolley, and the sleeve is guided along the inclined part to be laid down and placed on the support trolley.
