PURPOSE: A lens structure of a vehicle head lamp is provided to prevent melting of a bezel by intercepting sunlight through a filter mounted on a lens. CONSTITUTION: A lens unit(100) is installed to the front end of a housing of a vehicle head lamp. A bezel transmits light between the housing and the lens unit to the front. A filter(110) is additionally installed inside the lens unit. The filter is provided in order to prevent external sunlight from being focused on a bottom part of the bezel. The lens unit is shaped into an aspherical surface. The lens unit is made of a plastic aspheric lens or a glass aspheric lens. The plastic aspheric lens is formed to be integrated with the filter inside the lens unit using an insert injection method. |
