PURPOSE: A device and a method for dissociating and combusting water are provided to dislocate water more smoothly even though the water is not heated for a long period, thereby miniaturizing a size of a combustion device. CONSTITUTION: A device for dissociating and combusting water comprises a heating unit(10), a water supplying unit(20), and an ultrasonic wave generator(30). The heating unit heat water being supplied at temperature for dislocating the water. The heating unit heats the water with heat generated in a combustion space. The water supplying unit supplies the water to the combustion space via the heating unit. The ultrasonic generator is added the ultrasonic waves to the water headed to the heating unit, thereby generating the cavitation of the water.
