PURPOSE: A cooling device for a two-stage turbocharger is provided to prevent blow-by gas from becoming absorbed in a low pressure compressor housing as high temperature compressed air is firstly cooled in the front end of a first intercooler. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device for a two-stage turbocharger comprises a high pressure compressor(240), a low pressure compressor(340), a cooling housing(710), and a water jacket. The high pressure compressor is connected to an intake unit(114) of an engine(100) through an intake pipe(150). The low pressure compressor is connected to the high pressure compressor through a compressor pipe(610). The cooling housing encloses the periphery of the compressor pipe. The water jacket jets cooling water into the cooling housing.
