SELF TRACKING LASER WELDING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A self-tracking laser welding apparatus is provided to implement accurate welding by setting a welder body in the accurate position of a weld line traced by a weld line tracking sensor. CONSTITUTION: A self-tracking laser welding apparatus comprises a welder body, a rotating unit(30), and a weld line tracking sensor. The welder body comprises a laser cable(12), a collimation lens(14), a bending mirror(16), a reflection mirror(18) which changes the direction of a welding beam refracted by the bending mirror into the vertical direction, and a telecentric lens(20) which provides directivity to the welding beam refracted by the reflection mirror. The rotating unit rotates the reflection mirror at a desired angle. The weld line tracking sensor traces a weld line so that the focus of the laser beam projected from the welder body is accurately located on the weld line.
