PURPOSE: A tandem electro-gas arc welding device and a stick-out control method thereof are provided to adjust charging of molten metal on both sides thereof through stick-out control. CONSTITUTION: A tandem electro-gas arc welding device(100) comprises two or more torches(110,120) for an electrode wire in which electrode wires are installed on the leading end thereof. Electrode wires are molten by arc generated from the electrode wires. One or more of the torches include driving units(185a,186a) individually moved in the vertical direction.
