FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in forcing water via slot at oil pipeline tube bottom. Water is accumulated in tank at intermittent water discharge therefrom. Note here that said outlet is opened with water level reaching branch pipe lower edge and closed at water level located above discharge hole. Size of said slot is adjusted by gate with screw drive. Proposed device is made up of pipeline section with transverse slot at tube bottom oriented in crosswise direction relative to pipeline lengthwise axis at pipeline segment deflection equal to maximum possible water layer at tube bottom. Slot is furnished with branch pipe directed downward, water tanks is arranged under the slot, tank walls being tightly connected to tube. Tank bottom is provided with electrically driven water discharge valve. Arc-like gate is arranged outside of tube to shut off the slot over its length and width and to displace axially to interact with branch pipe guides. Said gate is provided with rod directed along tube lengthwise axis and furnished with screw drive arranged on water tank sidewall. ^ EFFECT: continuous water removal, ruled out oil losses, reduced capital and operating costs. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
