PURPOSE: A washing method and a laundry machine thereof are provided to efficiently measure a leveling degree of the laundry machine and remove a noise according to a property of a measured load. CONSTITUTION: A drum is accelerated(S710). The drum is rotated at a fixed speed(S720). A dynamic load is measured for a fixed time while the drum is being rotated at the fixed speed(S730). The measured dynamic load is filtered(S740). An eccentric degree of laundry is calculated(S750). The eccentricity of the laundry is determined(S760). If the eccentric degree of the laundry is greater than a limit, laundry distribution is performed.
