Closed structure comprises every said opposite side 23, 23 with arched cross-section and fitting on each other to produce, in fact, tight joint 21, 22. Two connection areas of elastic wall jointing said opposite sides 15, 16 together are shifted toward each other by elastic cord or elastic belt, or shifting appliance.
