FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. There are described medical implanted devices made of a polymer material and a separation agent wherein the device is a cast reservoir implant, while the separation agent has a molecular weight (M.w.) of min. 1000. The separation agent can be presented by a non-ionic surfactant, such as Bridge-35, polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan trioleate, Tween 20, Tween 80, vitamin E TPGS, and a mixture of any two or more of them.
