BRAILLE BLOCK AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING IT

PURPOSE: A Braille block and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to extend a service life by forming urethane protrusions and a cover for minimizing cracks on the block. CONSTITUTION: A Braille block comprises a block(10), multiple bar-shaped protrusions(20), and a cover(30). Multiple fixing grooves(11) are formed on the top surface of the block. The bar-shaped protrusions are inserted into the fixing grooves of the block and are protruded from the top of the block. The cover covers the top of the block and has multiple through holes(31) and fixtures(33). The through holes expose the tops of the protrusions to the outside. The fixtures are inserted into the fixing grooves of the block to fix the protrusions.
