PURPOSE: A broadcasting service apparatus based on a hybrid network which supports audio mixing is provided to transmit the mixed audio data to determined audio distribution apparatus by selectively mixing the digital audio data. CONSTITUTION: An audio mixing unit(350) receives audio data using a first input signal line. The audio mixing unit respectively confirms an output route and terminal identification information from a signal line table and the mixing matrix table of a storage unit. The audio mixing unit transmits the audio data to an audio distribution apparatus using the confirmed output route. The audio mixing unit transmits the audio data to a broadcasting terminal including the confirmed terminal identification information using one or more broadcasting communication modules.
