PURPOSE: A display device is provided to prevent short between a first electrode and a second electrode due to static electricity. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(SUB1) has a plurality of pixels. A liquid crystal layer(LC) is interposed between the first substrate and a second substrate. Each pixel comprises a gate electrode, a gate insulating film, a semiconductor pattern, a source electrode, a drain electrode, a first electrode, and a second electrode. The second electrode is overlapped with the first electrode. The second electrode forms an electric field with the first electrode. |
