PURPOSE: A composition for producing polymeric beads is provided to be stable to UV ray, to able to provide polymer beads having excellent weatherability, excellent optical properties and heat durability. CONSTITUTION: A composition for producing polymeric beads comprises one or more kinds of monomers, C6-50 phenol derivative compound, a crosslinking agent, an initiator and an ion exchanged water. The one or more kinds of monomers are selected from a group consisting of an aromatic vinyl based monomer, a C1-20 acrylic acid or methacrylic acid alkylester monomer, and a C1-20 acrylic acid or methacrylic fluoroalkylester monomer. 0.1-15 parts by weight of the phenol derivative monomer is comprised based on 100.0 parts by weight of the monomer.
