ASSEMBLY MEMBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR HELIX TYPE SAVONIUS ROTOR

PURPOSE: An assembling member and a manufacturing method for a spiral savonius rotor are provided to secure strong rigidity with the reduced weight of the savonius rotor as the assembling member comprises a hollow structure with a reinforcing rib. CONSTITUTION: A savonius rotor for a VAWT(Vertical Axis Wind Turbine) comprises a center hole(110) and a plurality of wing portions. The vertical axis is inserted into the center hole. The plurality of wind portions is formed with constant thicknesses at constant intervals, and integrated with the center hole. The plurality of wind portions comprises same horizontal sections curved in one direction.
