PURPOSE: A tightened fastening device for a water quarter of an agricultural pipe is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by firmly tightening and fastening with a simple configuration and to easily fastening. CONSTITUTION: A tightened fastening device for a water quarter of an agricultural pipe comprises a band type coupling unit(20), one clamping bolt(30), a joining piece(17), and a clamping unit(40). One side of the band type coupling unit is formed to be integrated with a body. The joining piece including a bolt passing groove(17) is formed in an upper end of a body(10) in which the fastening bolt corresponds to be integrated. A fastening port in which a screw joining groove(41) is formed is formed in a rear side of the joining piece.
