PURPOSE: A structure of flower for ceremony is provided to be used as an alternative for flower for ceremony in various exhibition places or wedding halls. CONSTITUTION: A structure of flower for ceremony comprises a plurality of decoration materials(10), a package goods receiving basket(20), and a basket fixing frame(30). In a plurality of the decoration materials, articles are individually packed. The package goods receiving basket receives a plurality of the decoration materials. The basket fixing frame is installed to hang the package goods receiving basket. In the boundary surface of the package goods receiving basket or the basket fixing frame, an LED lighting part is selectively installed.
