PURPOSE: An antenna of a transmission and distribution electric line monitoring and diagnosing device is provided to minimize the effect on an array antenna due to temperature rise by arranging the array antenna on the lower part of a transmission and distribution line. CONSTITUTION: An antenna device(10) is composed of a first antenna device and a second antenna device. The first antenna device is located on the upper part of a transmission and distribution line. The second antenna device is located on the lower part of the transmission and distribution line. The first antenna device and the second antenna device form a through hole for the transmission and distribution line.
