FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of welded tubes, particularly, to perfection of strip assembling and welding machine incorporated with thin-wall 20-60 mm - dia-tube production stands. Proposed machine comprises housing with clamps and thrust means, strip end drives and welding device. Housing side walls are provided with clamp sliding guides for every end of strips. Every thrust means is made up of one-arm lever. Said lever is coupled via extra lever with turn hydraulic cylinder. Free end of one-arm lever accommodated replaceable stop plate secured thereon. Strip end drives are made up of driving pull-rollers arranged on aforesaid housing. There is welding device over the place of strip's joint, above one-arm leves. ^ EFFECT: smaller sizes, ease of maintenance, higher reliability. ^ 4 dwg |
