FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used for production of a functional food product immediately consumed as a preventive food product. The functional food product with hypoglycaemic properties consists of vegetable phospholipids, ascorbic acid, fat-soluble vitamins E and -carotene, sugar or its substitute, ferric sulphate, flavonoids, a dry water-soluble extract of Karkade tea, a dry water-soluble extract of common licorice roots at the following initial components ratio, wt %: vegetable phospholipids - 3.00-4.00, ascorbic acid - 3.50-4.00, vitamin E - 0.50-1.50, -carotene - 0.20-0.25, sugar or its substitute - 0.50 -1.00, ferric sulphate - 0.15-0.20, flavonoids - 1.30-1.50, dry water-soluble extract of Karkade tea - 45.00-47.00, dry water-soluble extract of common licorice roots - balance. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to produce a product with high hypoglycaemic properties. ^ 1 tbl, 2 ex |
