A method enables creation of a fenestration in a stent graft at the point where the main vessel in which the stent graft is placed branches into a side branch vessel. Specifically, the fenestration is created by puncturing the stent graft from the outside by a side branch vessel stent or fenestration creation device that is placed within the side branch vessel. |
