A method for diagnosing anemia in systemic lupus erythematosus comprises the identifying receiving methotrexate and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), general, biochemical and immunological blood tests, ultrasound of internal organs, determining the concentration of iron and transferrin in serum, detection of gastritis in fiber gastroscopy . In the presence of anemia, receiving methotrexate and NSAIDs and symptoms of gastritis the iron deficiency anemia is diagnosed. |
