The present invention provides a cyclic poly (phenylene ether ether ketone) composition comprising not less than 60% by weight of a cyclic poly (phenylene ether ether ketone) represented by the following Formula (I), which is characterized in that the cyclic poly (phenylene ether ether ketone) is a mixture of cyclic poly (phenylene ether ether ketone)s having different repeating numbers (m) and the composition has a melting point of not higher than 270°C; and a method of producing a poly (phenylene ether ether ketone) characterized by heat-polymerizing the cyclic poly (phenylene ether ether ketone) composition:
