PURPOSE: A natural adhesive is provided to have excellent adhesion, storage and antibacterial performance without any organic compounds. CONSTITUTION: A natural adhesive comprise protein, free sugar, alliinase, and alliin. The protein comprises one or more selected from hydroxy proline, glutamic acid, proline, glycine, alanine, threonine, serine, glycine, alanine, cystine, methionine, isoleucine, leucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, ethanolamine, ammonia, ornithine, histidine, asparagines, valine, lysine, and arginine. The sugar comprises one or more fructose, glucose, sucrose, and maltose. |
