PURPOSE: A vehicle control method using telematics is provided to prevent a front windshield of a vehicle from being frozen by fumigant agent sprayed from a disease control device because a telematics device controls a heater, a window washer, and wipers of the vehicle according to the distance from the disease control device to the vehicle and the ambient temperature. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle control method using telematics is as follows. A first distance from a disease control device to a vehicle is calculated by using the position information of the vehicle and the disease control device receiving from a telematics service server(S110). The first distance is compared with a predetermined first reference distance to determine whether or not the first distance is less than the first reference distance(S120). When the first distance is less than the first reference distance, an ambient temperature measuring in a vehicle position is compared with a reference temperature to determine where or not the ambient temperature is less than the reference temperature(S140). When the ambient temperature is less than the reference temperature, a disease control device control mode is performed to prevent a front windshield of a vehicle from being frozen by fumigant agent sprayed from the disease control device(S150).
