PURPOSE: A text transaction mediation method and a text transaction mediation managing system thereof are provided to give benefits to both a text seller and a text demander by supplying a transmission right of remaining text messages which the text seller wants to sell to the text demander at a relatively reasonable price. CONSTITUTION: Seller terminals and demander terminals are connected to a communication network(10). Processing terminals(501,502,500n) are connected to the communication network. A text transaction system server(300) receives selling information of text sellers from the seller terminals. The text transaction system server receives demand information of text demanders form the demander terminals.
