PURPOSE: A fixing member and a liquid crystal display device with the same are provided to stably fix a plurality of light guide plates. CONSTITUTION: A head unit(410) has a first size in a first direction. The head unit is placed on a light guide plate. First and second leg units(421a,421b) are extended from the head unit in a second direction. The second direction is vertical to the first direction. First and second hook portions(423a,423b) protrude from ends of the first and second leg portions respectively. The first and second hook portions maintain fixed gaps from the first and second leg portions respectively. |
