PURPOSE: A method, a system, and recording medium for setting up a manufacturing plan are provided to rapidly construct a manufacturing plan which reflects a manufacture planning purpose, a field condition, and restriction condition. A model information generator(130) generates model information. A resource and work target setting unit(140) sets up resource and work target. A resource space calculator(150) calculates working time about the set resource. A work target allocator(160) generates a working target allocation result.
