PURPOSE: A capsule separation structure of a capsule filler is provided to minimize of the vacuum deviation of each hole and to facilitate maintenance and repair. CONSTITUTION: A capsule separation structure of a capsule filler comprises a vacuum generating unit(100), a shaft unit(200), and a segment unit(300). In the vacuum generating unit, a vacuum chamber with openable bottom is formed. The vacuum generating unit comprises a body unit with a vacuum hole, an upper plate with a plurality of bushing holes, and a bottom plate closing the opened vacuum chamber. In the shaft unit, a vacuum passage is formed to communicate with a second through-hole. The segment unit comprises a cap segment and a body segment.
