PURPOSE: A device for jetting high temperature and pressure steam is provided with the improved cleaning performance, and proper for cleaning a floor or a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A device for jetting high temperature and pressure steam comprises a booster pump(120) and one or more heating and supplying unit. The booster pump supplies a fixed quantity of washing water at constant pressure by continuously sucking and discharging fluid. The booster pump returns the pressure to a washing water supply unit when the device stops. The device provides high temperature and pressure water and steam pressure as the heating and supplying unit increases the temperature of the washing water according to the volume of the washing water.
