PURPOSE: A ventilation system inside a house and a refining method thereof are provided to prevent indoor air from being expanded to other rooms by controlling the indoor air flow. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation system inside a house(100) comprises electrical diffusers(110), a total-heat exchanger(120), and duct units(130). The electrical diffuser is installed indoor and processes one or more of ventilation and air supply according to the electrical control signals and detects the fire. The total-heat exchanger controls open and close of the electrical diffuser based on fire incident information which is received from a first electrical diffuser. The duct part is formed into a tube form. The duct part includes an air-duct(132) and an exhaust pipe between the electrical diffusers and the total-heat exchanger.
