PURPOSE: A retractable writing set including a drying prevention apparatus is provided to promote the commercial value of writing sets by compressing a cover using a link member. CONSTITUTION: An ink holder(40) is moved to an upside using the elastic force of a compressed return elastic member(45) when a knob is pushed. A protrusion of a pen core fixing unit(41) is inserted into a groove. A rubber holder(70) is moved to the upside. A guide protrusion(74) of the rubber holder is returned to an initial location according to a guide groove(52) of a fixing rubber(50). A cover(71) is rotated to a cross section(61) by pulling the pen core.
