PURPOSE: A pipe protection device is provided to facilitate the construction of buffer members by installing the buffer members in a protection pipe into a single body. CONSTITUTION: A pipe protection device comprises a protection pipe(10), a combining unit(30), and a buffer member(20). The protection pipe covers the exterior of a pipe. Each end of the first and second members(11, 12) is coupled to be rotated by a hinge shaft(13). The combining unit is installed in the first and second members of the protection pipe and couples the members in closed state. The buffer member is installed along the inner peripheral surface of the protection pipe and located between a pipe and the protection pipe and attached in the both sides of the first and second members respectively.
