PURPOSE: An audio de-multiplexer and an audio de-multiplexing method are provided to prevent the generation of an audio noise in case wrong audio block phase information data is added to an audio signal. CONSTITUTION: When two audio samples are multiplexed within one line, a decision unit(501) decides whether two conditions satisfy. In case to satisfy the conditions, a warning output unit(502) outputs a warning. When the warning is detected, a clock output unit(503) outputs a clock signal generated from a video.
