PURPOSE: A pintle for a cart is provided to be operated with a foot of an operator without manual manipulation. CONSTITUTION: A pintle for a cart comprises a connection bar(11), a dual rod link(12), and a locking hook(14), and a connection hook. The connection bar is installed under a pressing plate(10). The end of the dual rod link is connected to a spring(17) installed in the end portion of the connection hook. The other end of the dual rod link is fixed in a lifting plate(13). The locking hook is connected with the connection bar by a spring(16). The connection hook is inserted into a protrusion(15) formed in the end portion of the pintle.
