PURPOSE: A hull fixing structure of an insulation panel and a hull fixing method of the insulation panel using the same are provided to firmly fix an insulation panel to an inner hull with a simple assembly in which an inner fixing member is fitted in a panel fixing member. CONSTITUTION: A hull fixing structure of an insulation panel comprises an inner hull fixing member(100) and a panel fixing member(200). The inner fixing member is installed on an inner hull(10) to be protruded to an insulation panel(20). Multiple coupling protrusions, of which diameters are inclined while being narrowed toward the insulation panel, are formed on the outer circumference of the inner hull fixing member. The panel fixing member is inserted in one end of the insulation panel and has a cylinder shape in which the inner hull fixing member can be linearly inserted. The panel fixing member is fixed on the inner hull fixing member by the contact of the inner hull and coupling protrusions of the inner hull fixing member.
