PURPOSE: A solar and wind power generator installed in a building is provided to improve the structural safety by being integrally formed with a roof of the building. CONSTITUTION: A solar and wind power generator installed in a building comprises a rooftop rotor(11), a wind power generating system(10), a solar power generation system(20), and a system interconnection facility. The rooftop rotor with blades and vertical shafts is rotated by wind. The wind power generating system is connected to the vertical shaft, and comprises a generating unit which converts rotary energy into electric energy. The solar power generation system converts solar heat into the electric energy by a solar cell module. The system interconnection facility supplies the electricity generated from the wind power generating system and the solar power generation system to an existing electric power facility of the building.
