PURPOSE: A display device and a method for manufacturing a wavelength converting member are provided to prevent light from being leaked upward or downward and make more light to be incident on a light guide plate. CONSTITUTION: A wavelength converting member is adjacent to a light source. The wavelength converting member includes wavelength converting particles(430), a tube(410), and a reflection unit. The wavelength converting particles convert the wavelength of light emitted from the light source. The tube receives the wavelength converting particles. The reflection unit is formed on at least one side of the tube. |
