PURPOSE: A method for forming a protective film on a metallic decorative construction panel is provided to obtain colored exterior and easily remove foreign materials by depositing a protective film on a metal plate in whole or in part. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a protective film on a metallic decorative construction panel comprises the steps of: applying masking ink on the rest part of a metal plate except form a specific part, inserting the ink-coated metal plate in a protective film forming apparatus containing coating solution, applying different potential to the coating solution and the metal plate so that resin is electrodeposited on an ink-removed portion by ionization and a protective film is formed, separating the metal plate from the protective film forming apparatus, washing the metal plate, heat-treating the metal plate at 150°C for 2 hours, and dissolving the whole surface of the metal plate with a thinner to remove the masking ink from the metal plate.
