BACILLUS SUBTILIS KKG-1 AND MICROBIAL AGENT AND BIOPESTICIDE CONTAINING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A novel strain with an antibacterial activity to Phytophthora capsici and a microorganism formulation and agrochemical containing the same are provided to promote crop growth and to ensure antifungal function. CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus subtilis KKG-1(KCTC 11124BP) strain has an antibacterial function against Phytophthora capsici. The growth of crops is promoted by expressing 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate deaminase(ACCD) gene expression. A microorganism formulation for suppressing phytophthora blight contains the strain or culture liquid thereof as an active ingredient. Agrochemical for suppressing phytophthora blight contains the strain or culture liquid as an active ingredient.
