PURPOSE: An electronic device and a navigation service method thereof are provided to improve the accuracy for predicting travel time to a destination by applying predicted signal waiting time to travel time calculation. CONSTITUTION: A route guide is started(S101). A controller searches a predicted driving route to a destination based on the current location of a vehicle(S102). The controller obtains a signal waiting time(S103). The controller calculates estimated time of arrival at the destination(S104). The controller continuously performs the S102 step to S105 step until the route guide is finished by a user or the vehicle is arrived at the destination(S105).
