PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a light transmittance rate by forming a metal layer with reduced electric resistance on a window layer. CONSTITUTION: A back electrode layer is formed on a substrate. A light absorption layer(300) is formed on the back electrode layer. A first window layer(610) is formed on the light absorption layer. A metal layer(700) is formed on the first window layer. A second window layer is formed on the metal layer. |
