PURPOSE: A dye sensitized solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce fabrication price by forming a tourmaline powder layer used as a catalyst metal layer at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A bottom electrode layer(12) is formed on a bottom plate(11). A catalyst metal layer(20) is formed on the bottom electrode layer. The catalyst metal layer comprises tourmaline powder. An electrolyte layer(14) is formed on the catalyst metal layer. A porous layer(15) is formed on the electrolyte layer. A top electrode layer(16) is formed on the porous layer. A top plate(17) is formed on the top electrode layer. |
