PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell by forming a front electrode layer with high electric conductivity and transmittance. CONSTITUTION: A support substrate includes an inner region and an outer region which surrounds the inner region. A rear electrode layer is arranged on the support substrate. A light absorption layer is arranged on the rear electrode layer. A front electrode layer(600) is arranged in the inner region of the light absorption layer. A barrier layer(610) is arranged in the outer region of the light absorption layer. |
