The resilience coefficient Ec of the center 8, the resilience coefficient Em of the core 4, and the resilience coefficient Eb of the golf ball 2 satisfy the following formulae (1) and (2): Eb≧Ec≧Em  (1); Eb−Ec≧Ec−Em  (2). The difference (Eb−Ec) between the resilience coefficient Eb and the resilience coefficient Ec is equal to or greater than 0.004.
